🚚 Moving House?

Take your membership with you! We’ll issue a new card to the new occupants so they can enjoy the benefits too.

If you install a new pellet heater in your new home within 12 months, we’ll waive the installation fee.

Residential customers only pay for their first pellet heater installation.

  • Additional heaters: Installation is free.
  • Upgrades: No charge if upgrading from a model we supply. If upgrading from another brand, enjoy a 50% discount.
